How it works

Step 01
Assign from the catalogue
Courses and modules are held in one catalogue and assigned by role or by team, so a new starter inherits the learning their role requires.
Step 02
Track progress to completion
Each assignment records progress as it is worked through. On completion, a certificate is issued against the person and the module.
Step 03
Build the skills matrix
Completions feed a skills matrix per person, which rolls up to a team view and then to a department view without re-entry.
Step 04
Watch certification expiry
Certificates that expire carry a renewal date. Reminders are raised ahead of expiry so a lapse is prevented rather than discovered.
Step 05
Review gaps as a manager
A manager view shows team learning status and the gaps against required skills, which is where the next round of assignment starts.
